What You'll Own:

• Lead & develop a front-of-house team that embodies Roma's warm, welcoming spirit
• Guide a team to deliver a fun, engaging & entertaining dining experience
• Collaborate with our Head Chef and events team to create special "wow" moments
• Bring fresh ideas – positive energy and leadership that elevate both guest experience and team culture
• Lead a training program that empowers your team to deliver an inspired & confident service
• Develop connections & relationships with industry partners to champion local products & build opportunities for your team
